What are your shipping fees and how soon are items mailed out? TOP
For U.S. customers we charge a $2.50 flat fee for first class mail as many items as you like per order. If you prefer Priority it would be $5.50.
For international orders, we charge a $5.50 flat fee for the first item and $1.00 for each item thereafter per order.
Items are mailed out within 24-48 hours of receiving payment and you will be notified when this happens.
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept credit card payments through Paypal and money orders.
If you do not have a Paypal account it is very easy to set up, very secure and it's free. We use it all the time for selling as well as purchases. You may sign up here http://www.paypal.com. Do you accept custom orders? TOP
Yes! We love doing Custom Orders so please don't hesitate to ask! What is your return policy? TOP
We want you to be completely satisfied with your creation. If you are not then please notify us within 3 days or receiving the item and mail it back within 7 days of receiving the item. We will refund the purchase price when the item has arrived safely back to us in the condition it went out in.
If it simply doesn't fit we can resize the item for you if possible at no extra charge. We do state sizes on our items though so it would be easier to have this done prior to us shipping it out. Please let us know if you have any questions. |
